CHEAL is a collective offering practices including yoga, somatics, breathwork, sound healing, movement practices, workshops, and related wellbeing experiences both online and in-person.

Services may be provided by different facilitators associated with CHEAL.

The practices offered through CHEAL are intended to support wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal exploration. If you have a medical condition or concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

4. Participation Responsibility & CHEAL Disclaimer

By participating in any CHEAL session, event, or practice, you acknowledge that:

  • you are responsible for your own wellbeing and participation

  • you will listen to your body and act within your personal limits

  • you will inform facilitators of any relevant health concerns when appropriate

Participation in physical or somatic practices involves inherent risks, and you participate voluntarily.


These practices are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Certain practices offered through CHEAL may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. Participants may be asked to complete a health declaration or liability waiver prior to participation in certain sessions or events. CHEAL and its facilitators do not assume responsibility for injuries, adverse reactions, or damages resulting from participation in any practices or sessions.

Participation in all activities is undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and risk.

5. Booking and Discovery Calls

CHEAL may offer introductory discovery calls to explore participation in sessions or programs.

Booking a discovery call does not guarantee participation in any particular service.

Sessions, workshops, and events may require advance booking and confirmation.

CHEAL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, facilitator availability, or other operational reasons.

For online sessions, participants are responsible for:

  • ensuring a stable internet connection

  • preparing an appropriate and safe space for practice

  • ensuring their environment allows safe participation

CHEAL is not responsible for technical interruptions beyond its control.

9. Membership and Online Content

CHEAL may offer access to a members area that includes online sessions, recordings, and educational resources.

Content provided within the members area is intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.

CHEAL reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings at any time.

10. Events and In-Person Sessions

CHEAL may offer events, workshops, or sessions in various locations worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Greece, and other countries.

Participants attending in-person events are responsible for their own travel arrangements, insurance, and personal wellbeing during participation.

All content on the CHEAL website and within its programs, including text, images, videos, recordings, and materials, is the intellectual property of CHEAL unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
