A free 30 minute Introduction video call. Νo commitment, no pressure, no agenda. This is simply a conversation. A chance to talk about where you are, what you are looking for, and whether CHEAL might be a good fit for you. We listen, we ask a few questions, and together we explore what kind of session, approach and schedule might feel most aligned. No preparation needed. Just show up as you are.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Cancellations & No-Shows If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking so the time can be offered to someone else. We require a 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. Repeated missed appointments without notice may limit future complimentary bookings.
