Anything done with awareness and love is Art.

FOUNDER
KOSTADINA
Movement Artist · Embodiment & Somatic Facilitator
Practitioner of the Art and Science of Yoga & Sound Healing

Her path did not begin here.
She studied Business Administration in Greece, with exchange years in South Korea and Slovenia, she trained in structured systems, analytical thinking and institutional frameworks.
But what made sense on paper was not where she felt most alive.
Her curiosity was elsewhere: to become an explorer of how people actually feel, how communication happens beyond words, and what exists beneath what can be explained . An intelligence that cannot be measured, only felt.
What followed was a decade of movement across Europe, Africa and Asia. Living, working, and studying across different cultures gradually shifted the way she relates to experience.
Alongside periods of anxiety, uncertainty, and profound personal change, she came to understand that very little in life is permanent, except perhaps the way love and courage continue to carry us forward.
Through her own inner journey, Kostadina came to understand how experience is held in the body. Today her work links Yoga and trauma aware practices with ancestral and esoteric traditions, guiding individuals to identify sensations, emotions and the quiet signals the body is always sending.

Less thinking, more noticing.
At the heart of her work is a simple intention:
to help people slow down enough to hear themselves again
